Tracie, originally from Lafayette, Indiana, is a high school special education teacher specializing in English and reading. We provide international delivery for all products.
How do I return an item?
What is your returns policy?
If you request a return before we have produced your artwork, you will receive a full refund. If you request a return after your artwork has been produced, we will deduct the materials, production and shipping costs from the refund.
What steps are taken to protect me from the novel coronavirus?
At no point from production to shipping does the canvas touch human skin. Any and all packaging and accompanying product components are cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. The canvas itself is encased completely in protective plastic.
How do I track my order?
For products from the CELESTE, TERRA, and SYMBOLE categories, we will send email updates for your order directly to you at each stage of the production and shipping process.
How long do wall-art orders take to be produced?
Every CELESTE, TERRA, and SYMBOLE canvas is produced carefully, with maximum pains taken to ensure protection during shipping. Every order also undergoes a manual 25-point inspection by one of our astronomers before it is sent. As a result, it can be up to a month before you receive your order--but you can rest assured it will always be of the highest quality possible.
